- Our cape parrot, Miss Lucy, is my favorite bird. We have a cockatiel, cockatoo and a cape. Even my husband who hates the other two birds enjoys miss lucy. She is adorable and the noises she makes are low and gravelly. We love her. I wish I knew about capes before we got the others!!
