You could try Judy and Bill Lantz of "Parrots Naturally" in Tarzana. We just acquired a mature male from her -- he was actually bred by EB Cravens, but I believe they do breed them. They are VERY careful who they sell birds to. I recommend checking out their website before contacting them and be prepared to be patient.
