thinking of giving Pargo a new home

I've had Pargo for about 13 years now, got him as a baby from Old World Aviaries. Lately he just doesn't seem as happy as he used to be- louder, more aggressive, and I'm wondering if he would be happier elsewhere. Maybe a breeding situation would be good, or a home with less going on- we have 4 cats and 3 dogs so there's only so much time for each. He's still my bud, talks well when he wants, and I would miss him but I want what's best for him. Thoughts???
